Roy Hamilton III will develop and launch Monarch Emerging Micro Media (MEMM), a music publishing and record label imprint in 2010. Mr. Hamilton has a pedigree in the music industry as a songwriter, producer, and musician that dates back to 1997. Collectively, these skills and abilities have helped to sell over 70 million albums worldwide. Holding key executive positions in the music industry with major record companies such as Capitol Records, where he was the youngest African-American label executive in the history of the company, Mr. Hamilton has worked with artists such as R. Kelly, Britney Spears, Teddy Riley, NSYNC, Joe and The Cheetah Girls among others. As a seasoned music executive, Mr. Hamilton has fostered relationships in the creative and business communities. He has worked in the film industry, scoring films and developed a joint venture with Asylum Records/Warner Music Group. Mr. Hamilton's resume and relationships with Diamond, Platinum and Gold sell- ing artists will provide the basis for the development of the primary asset of MEMM, the writer/artist.

Micro Album 2
The Micro Album (MA) will consist of up to 4 songs and companion videos. Via the digital retail network, the
consumer will be able to download a single song or an entire MA. Typical digital retail prices will be attached to the content, allowing the consumer to choose what content they want. For example, a single download will retail for $0.99 while the “Full” MA will retail for $4.99. MEMM will also provide additional downloads consisting of alternate mixes of the songs, as well as fan friendly videos that will be exclusive to the full MA. Ultimately the fan will choose.
